Hi all,
I have a Delta 767 1:500 by Herpa. It does not have any winglets, but I would love to add some custom made winglets to the wings.
I would appreciate any suggestions/tips/ideas on how to do this the best way, or if it is indeed possible?
So far, I have considered using some type of plastic material - potentially something like credit card/loyalty card material, as the thickness is not too bad. If anyone can suggest something a little thinner, that would be great.
I could cut it based on the size of my existing AA 767 with winglets, to try to get the right measurement, and then paint it dark blue, before attaching it with small amount of glue. I appreciate that any winglets added, would always be very delicate, and prone to break off. Id likely need to haver a bit of overlap under the wing to ensure stability.
Appreciate your help.
