3 months ago I wanted to post this very same thread, but out of the blue my decals arrived from this French guy after almost 3 months, he sells decals under F-DCAL | Airliner decals, it a shame as his decals are quite good as many of you may know.So I placed another order almost 1 and half month ago and decals never arrived once again , though Phillipe, that's his name, sent me a mail, that my decals were on their way to me, meaning from France to UK, after sending almost 5 emails and never got them replied since.
Well now I decided to let others know about this poor, horrible and scammed customer service. So if you intend to place an order with F-DCAL, please expect problems. This guy perhaps does not understand that we just not loose the, say...10/12 EUR for the decals but we also loose all the money that we invested with the donor + paint and time, so the question here is not the insignificance of the decals cost but all the money involved to turn a custom model done. So please be advised of this horrible service and believe me this is not personal as I know other members who had this very same problems it the past. thanks
