I have recently started dating a girl who has a small interest in aviation. She's from Ohio, so we pass Cincinnati Airport all the time. We went spotting there last night to try to catch some cargo aircraft, but I guess we got there too early. I always go to the top of the parking garage and it gives a great view of the hangar. Yesterday was the first time I've ever seen it opened and a 737 and a MD-80 sat illuminated by the lights. My question is, is there a way we could get a tour of the Hangar? Does the CVG Delta Hangar have it's own site or phone number?
I'll be traveling to Florida within the next week and I'll be going up to get her and staying with her for a few days before heading to Tampa. We're gonna go up to Wright Patt and visit the museum, then may do some spotting at CVG, then drive down to Lexington and spend another day at Bluegrass Airport, after spending the past two days there also. We will be traveling through Atlanta and we're stopping to do some spotting and going to the Delta museum down there.
Is there ways we can get tours of the Atlanta and Cincinnati hangars?
